Origin: Taiwan

Alpine mountain tea leaves are harvested during the winter.  The cold temperature slows the tea leaves growth rate which results in less bitter tea polyphenols and contain more sweet theanine. The fresh taste is accompanied by a light floral fragrance, which soothes the mind and relaxes the body.

在冬季採收的高山茶葉，氣溫寒冷導致茶葉生長緩慢，導致苦澀的茶多酚含量減少，帶甘甜味的茶氨酸較多。鮮爽的口感配以淡淡的花香味，讓人心情舒暢。
