HANGOVER TEA - Honey Scented Black Tea
Origin: Taiwan
Tea gardens are usually not polluted with pesticides and have a good ecology. The tea leaves produce an enzyme which exudes a honey-like fragrance, to defend itself from nibbly crickets called a "Tea Jassid". At this point, the leaves are picked and the production process commences. This special tea is only made possible through the great balancing act between nature and humans. The orange-red tea colour is different from ordinary black tea, rich in honey fragrance, and sweet but not astringent.
